Economist from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and graduated from EGADE Business School with a master's degree in Manufacturing Management.
He has advised various industries such as: Retail, FMCG, Engineering and Manufacturing, Automotive and Technology.
Before starting Orduña Talent Services, Osval Orduña worked in various talent consultancies in key positions of revitalization and improvement of selection processes such as: The Adecco Group, Antal International and Lucas 5. Serving clients such as: DiDi, The Trevor Proejct, OYO Rooms, Rappi, Uber, Ricoh. At the Tecnológico de Monterrey, he developed a strategy model linked to feedback called IDEAR; which was tested in more than 25 family businesses with excellent results.
